ZONA BUS is the system managing parking and short stops for tourist coaches in Barcelona. The aim is to promote more orderly, efficient and sustainable mobility, minimising the impact on public spaces and improving social cohesion with local residents and the urban environment.
 

The system offers real-time information on the availability of spaces, allowing professionals to better plan their routes, optimise stays and make more rational and coordinated use of the spaces for coaches.

You must obtain a daily permit and advance booking for tourist attractions areas that requires them.

When making a booking, the website will show you the availability in each time slot.

The permit is valid only for the day indicated during the purchase process.

Both the permit and bookings can be purchased one month to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

The permit is mandatory for all vehicles considered buses or coaches, i.e. vehicles with more than nine seats, including the driver’s seat, specially designed to transport of people and their luggage. This term also includes trolleybuses, which are connected to an electric line and do not travel on rails.

If the vehicle has nine or more seats and needs to use the Zona Bus spaces, it must have a daily permit and, if applicable, have booked in advance for the special areas.
In this case, you will be able to drive around the city, but you will not be able to use the Zona Bus stops or parking spaces. You can also use the stops in the intermodal spaces, which you will find on the map on this website.
Yes, you can purchase up to 10 daily permits per selected day and user.
No, each daily permit is assigned to a single vehicle. Thats why the vehicle plate number is required during the purchase process.
Yes. Spaces for which advance booking is required can be added up to the day before the visit, subject to availability.
If you do not have a daily permit, you can only park in the intermodal spaces, which you will find on the map on this website.
Yes, the price of the daily permit is €35 for all vehicles, regardless of size or environmental certification.
Bookings in advance are required for short stops at special areas like Park Güell, Hospital de Sant Pau, Pedrera, Sagrada Familia, Ciutat Vella, Port Olímpic, Drassanes, MNAC and Font Màgica.

Bookings can be added one month to the day before the visit, subject to availability.
A maximum of 4 areas can be booked using each permit, with two operations in each one. In the case of school permits, this number of areas is reduced to 1, plus Park Güell.
In this case, you will be required to purchase two daily permits.
When making the booking, you will be shown the availability of slots for each area.
Yes. You must have a ticket for eight people or more to access the Park Güell parking platform. When making the parking booking in advance, the website will ask you for your Park Güell booking number.
You can reserve parking for a single performance or for both, in addition to purchasing the corresponding daily permit.
The maximum length of the stop is 10 minutes.
You must open SPRO and enter the daily permit code and vehicle number plate. Once in Barcelona, ​​you must record all operations using the SPRO app.
No, you must record all operations directly on the SPRO app.
You can edit and cancel reservations up to the day before the visit via the user area on our website, always subject to availability.
The number plate is assigned via SPRO on the same day the permit is used. Once assigned, it cannot be modified.
You can do this in the user area on our website, under “My bookings”, for up to four locations.
When cancelling seven days or more in advance, no penalty is applied. When cancelling between seven and two days before the visit, a penalty of 50% is applied. When cancelling less than two days in advance, no refund will be issued.

Go to the “Invoicing” section on the website and submit a request. Invoices will be issued and sent automatically between 24 and 48 hours after the purchase has been made.

Yes, vehicles transporting school groups of students under 16 can use the special reserved spaces at Sagrada Família, Ciutat Vella, Ciutadella and La Pedrera, when booking in advance accordingly. They can also obtain the school daily permit for free, allowing them to book an area, in addition to Park Güell.
No. A daily permit is only required if you need to stop or park in the Zona Bus spaces.
Adapted vehicles transporting persons with reduced mobility can use the special reserved spaces at Sagrada Família, Ciutat Vella, Ciutadella and La Pedrera.
In this case, we recommend that you contact Sagrada Família or Park Güell.
Your booking entitles you to make a 10-minute stop within your chosen time slot. If you arrive before or after this slot, you will lose the right to make the stop. If you can prove that this is due to force majeure, inform security staff, who will assist you.
