Zona Bus is the system managing parking and short stops for tourist coaches in Barcelona. The aim is to promote more orderly, efficient and sustainable mobility, minimising the impact on public spaces and improving social cohesion with local residents and the urban environment.
 

The system offers real-time information on the availability of spaces, allowing professionals to better plan their routes, optimise stays and make more rational and coordinated use of the spaces for coaches.

You must obtain a daily permit and book in advance any brief stops you wish to do in the areas that requires them.

When making a booking, the website will show you the availability in each time slot.

The permit is valid only for the day chosen during the purchase process.

Both the permit and bookings can be purchased one month to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

The permit is mandatory for all vehicles considered buses or coaches, i.e. vehicles with nine seats or more, including the driver’s seat, specially designed to transport of people and their luggage. This term also includes trolleybuses, which are connected to an electric line and do not travel on rails.

If the vehicle has nine or more seats and needs to use the Zona Bus spaces, it must have a daily permit and, if applicable, the corresponding bookings for the special areas.
In this case, you will be able to drive around the city, but you will not be able to use the Zona Bus stops or parking spaces. You can also use the stops in the intermodal spaces, which you will find on the map on this website.
Yes, you can purchase up to 10 daily permits per selected day and user.
No, each daily permit is assigned to a single vehicle. Thats why the vehicle plate number is required during the activation process on the day of the visit.
Yes. Spaces for which advance booking is required can be added up to the day before the visit, subject to availability.
No. You will have to do this separately.

If you do not have a daily permit, you can only park in the intermodal spaces, which you will find on the map on this website.

Yes, the price of the daily permit is €35 for all vehicles, regardless of the vehicle size or environmental certification.
Bookings in advance are required for short stops at special areas like Park Güell, Hospital de Sant Pau, Pedrera, Sagrada Familia, Ciutat Vella, Port Olímpic, Drassanes and Font Màgica.

Yes, the locations not mentioned in the previous point and the intermodal spaces. You can find all these points marked with an "I" on the map of this website.

Bookings can be added one month to the day before the visit, subject to availability.

With each daily permit, up to four environments can be reserved, with a maximum of four operations per environment. In any case, the total reservations cannot exceed 8 daily operations per daily permit

In the case of school permits, there's a limit of three operations, in addition to Park Güell. Furthermore, they allow three uses of the Zona Blava. Operations done in the "intermodal" areas do not count towards these limit.

In this case, please remember that you do not need to book the Zona Blava parking spots in advance. You only need to have an active daily permit and it will depend on the availability at the time of arrival.

Yes. You must have a ticket for eight people or more to access the Park Güell parking platform. When making the parking booking in advance, the website will ask you for your Park Güell booking number (6 digits for group tickets 7 digits for individual tickets).
You can reserve parking for a single performance or for both, in addition to purchasing the corresponding daily permit.
No, you do not need to have a ticket for the basilica. It is only required for school permits or adapted coaches that wish to use the special reservation stop.
You can stop for up to 10 minutes.
Yes. You must have a ticket for eight people or more to access the Park Güell parking platform. When making the parking booking in advance, the website will ask you for your Park Güell booking number (6 digits for group tickets 7 digits for individual tickets).

School groups under the age of 16 undertaking an educational visit are exempt from the daily permit fee, in accordance with the ordinance. However, if they hold tickets for Park Güell and wish to use the car park, they may choose one of the following rates:

• Parking reservation (90 minutes): €33.60.
• Short stop (passenger drop-off or pick-up): €6.50 per operation.

You must open SPRO and enter the daily permit code and vehicle number plate. Once in Barcelona, ​​you must record all operations using the SPRO app.
No, you must record all operations directly on the SPRO app.
You can edit, add and cancel reservations up to the day before the visit via the user area on our website, always subject to availability.
This option will be available soon. In these cases, we recommend you to cancel the reservation in "my reservations" and make a new one.
The number plate is assigned via SPRO on the same day the permit is used. Once assigned, it cannot be modified.
You can do this in the user area on our website, under “My permits”, for up to four locations (8 operations total).
- When cancelling seven days or more in advance, no penalty is applied. - When cancelling between seven and two days before the visit, a penalty of 50% is applied. - When cancelling less than two days in advance, no refund will be issued.
Any person or company that needs to use the Zona Bus network can register on our website.

No. You must have a user account on our website to complete transactions.
In the “Purchase History” section of your user space, you can check all your transactions.
You can do this from your SPRO company account.

You can recover them by clicking on “Forgot your password?” on the login page and following the instructions.

Yes, all information is encrypted and meets the most demanding standards.
You will find details of events that may affect mobility in the city of Barcelona a few days in advance under the special notices on the website homepage.
You can make payments using a debit or credit card.
No, parking meters are no longer available.
No, bank cards are the only accepted payment method.
Go to the “Invoicing” section on the website and submit a request (available soon). Invoices will be issued and available for download between 24 and 48 hours after placing the request.

Yes, coaches transporting school groups of students under 16 can use the special reservation spaces at Sagrada Família (entrance to the basilica is required), Trafalgar, Ciutadella and La Pedrera, as well as the rest of areas, when booking in advance accordingly.

They can also obtain the school daily permit and make the stop reservations for free. The school permit allows them to book three brief stop operations, in addition to Park Güell. Bestides these, they can use the Blue Zone three times.

In regard to Park Güell, schools are the only ones who can choose between a 90-minute parking and two 10-minute stops to drop off and pick up the students.

No, you can add up to 3 reservations to a single school permit.
Adapted vehicles transporting persons with reduced mobility can use the special reserved spaces at Sagrada Família (entrance to the basilica is required), Trafalgar, Ciutadella and La Pedrera.
In this case, please make sure you are using the reservation locator number instead of the ticket number. The locator consists of 8 digits.
Please ensure you enter your reservation number, not the locator. Individual tickets can only be validated within 7 days of the visit.

Your booking entitles you to make a 10-minute stop within your chosen time slot within the chosen range. If you arrive before or after, the system allows some flexibility, depending on the occupancy. Additionally, for major delays, if it is due to a justified cause of force majeure, please communicate it to the security staff, who will assist you
