An improvement in the system for managing the reservation of Zona Bus places in special surroundings have been introduced, which aims to optimise the availability of places for all those who have to use them. This means that from 17 June, the process of booking brief stops in the special Zona Bus of the Sagrada Família, Ciutat Vella (Trafalgar) and La Pedrera, surroundings that you now do through the Zona Bus website will be changed in the following way:
1-Select the special surroundings
2-Request the time band for your reservation
3-Pay the required amount for the reservation
4-When the day of the reservation comes round, in the place and at the time reserved, you will have to validate the operation previously paid for through the website on the SPRO BUS app.
This operational change will allow us to ensure the real availability of parking spaces, which can be checked at the time of booking through the website.
Furthermore, with this new way of operating, we will contribute to reducing the impact of traffic around the busiest tourist areas, which will result in a better quality of life in our city and a more satisfying visitor experience.
